Big River University - Your key to certified staff

Big River University is our version of customer-facing certification programs designed to get your staff ready to sell, install and troubleshoot voice.

We have three programs that include a robust curriculum of class work, lab work, a written test, a lab test and materials to take back to the office for future reference. They are:
      Account Executive certification - for the sales person on the street;
      Communications Support Technician Certification - for the technician installing the service;
      Customer Experience Certification - for the reps in the office.

With a 3-hour classroom session and 4-hour, hands-on lab module participants leave with the knowledge and resources to sell, install and maintain residential and commercial accounts with ease. Participants are awarded a Certificate of Training from Big River University at the conclusion of the class.

These one day, limited class size courses are offered to all of our partners free of charge as part of our commitment to educating your staff and making us both successful.
