Cape Girardeau, Missouri (April 25, 2005) – Big River Telephone, a local provider of telecommunication solutions for business and residential users headquartered in Cape Girardeau, today announced the continuing expansion of its team. With new additions to Network Operations, Internet Technical Support, Billing and Customer Service, Big River Telephone continues to expand.

Raymond Nabors, of Portageville, MO, has joined the Cape Girardeau-based company as a Network Engineer. After graduating from Linn Tech in May, 2005, Mr. Nabors will begin work in the Network Operations Center full time.

Jeremy Bratton, of Cape Girardeau, MO, has also joined the Network Operations team as a Network Engineer. Prior to joining the Big River Telephone team, Mr. Bratton worked as an IT Consultant in Houston, TX. He graduated from Rice University in Houston, TX, in 2001 with a BA in Computer Science.

Matt Dockins, of Poplar Bluff, Mo, has joined the Internet Technical Support team of Big River Telephone. Mr. Dockins brings with him many years of experience in technical support and a comprehensive knowledge of advanced networking.

Michelle Otte, of Jackson, MO, has joined the Billing Department as a Billing Analyst. In 2004, Ms. Otte graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a BA in both German and Anthropology. Prior to joining the Big River team, she held a variety of jobs and studied abroad in Germany.

Rebecca Robbins, of Cape Girardeau, MO, has joined Big River Telephone as a Customer Service Representative. Prior to joining Big River Telephone, Mrs. Robbins worked for 4 years as a CNA. Her husband is currently serving the United States Army in Iraq.
