By using Voice over Internet Protocol technology, Big River Telephone has developed a new voicemail product which gives the user flexibility and control over their messaging. |

| When a user
receives a voicemail he or she will also receive an email letting them
know, as well as allowing them to download the message and listen to it
on a computer. Future advances of this product includes a find-me-follow-me service, which will allow the caller to roll to a second designated phone number wherever the user may be available. If there is still no answer, the user will receive an email with the voice message. |
