Big River Telephone simplifies Long Distance service with simple, flat rate pricing plans. With low rates for intrastate, interstate and international telephone calls, Long Distance service has never been more affordable for residential customers.

Big River Telephone bills domestic Long Distance calls in six-second increments with a 30 second minimum. This means that if you do not talk for a full minute, you’re not charged for a full minute. You will receive a simple-to-read invoice detailing all of your calls. You can even receive your call records in an electronic spreadsheet format at no additional charge.

Big River also provides a variety of Long Distance products such as International dialing, Travel Cards, Long Distance Account Codes, Unlimited Long Distance packages and simplified billing.
 

Account Codes

With Big River Telephone's Account Codes users can limit access to long distance services. Account Codes can also be used to monitor Long Distance usage for multiple users with customized billing reports.

Each user can be assigned a two, three or four digit number which must be entered to complete a long distance telephone call. Each call made using an account code will appear on your Big River invoice, itemized by code.

Big River’s Account Code products are available upon request at no additional charge. Specific account code numbers can be assigned or non-validated account codes can be used, allowing the customer to manage each user’s code.
 

International

Big River offers access to long distance communications throughout the globe at affordable prices. Big River provides international access, upon request, for residential and business customers.

Travel Cards

Big River’s Travel Cards allow users to make long distance telephone calls from anywhere in the United States and have those charges appear on their Big River telephone bill.

Big River will provide a small, credit card-sized travel card with instructions and a toll free number to access from any standard or pay telephone. Each card will also have a customized PIN number providing secure access for the account holder only.
