    What are some common uses for Teleconferencing?

    Customers have reported many unique uses for our Teleconferencing application. Some have found it an effective training tool, recording training sessions for future playback. A prominent Law Firm recently found that through the use of Client/Matter billing codes, they were able to streamline billing for their customers as well. We have catalogued many uses for our teleconferencing platform and welcome feedback from our customers on how it has enhanced their day to day business.

    Can the same Moderator code be used for multiple calls at the same time?

    No, the moderator code can only be used for one conference call at a time. Each moderator code can, however, support multiple participants. This security measure ensures no one else can use your moderator code at the same time as you. The Teleconferencing Web-Interface is also designed to only display conference calls for a single active moderator code. This way your call will not be confused with another simultaneous teleconference.
